By booking our luxury DSLR or Drop-Off photo booths, submitting an enquiry via our website, or using our digital galleries, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We only collect information necessary to provide seamless, premium photo booth hire across Melbourne and Victoria:

• Client & Contact Information: Your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and billing details.
• Event & Venue Logistics: Event date, bump-in time, venue address, venue coordinator contacts, and backdrop selections.
• Digital Media Captured: High-resolution photos, print strips, boomerang GIFs, and short video clips captured by the photo booth during your celebration.
• Technical Data: Standard browser session cookies and aggregate device analytics to ensure responsive website performance.

We treat your event memories with the utmost discretion and care:

• Guest Delivery: Instant on-site printing, SMS sharing, and AirDrop direct transfers to guests at the event.
• Host Online Gallery: We provide you (the booking client) with a secure, private digital gallery link within 24–48 hours following the event.
• Marketing & Social Media: We will never publicly publish private wedding or milestone party photos on our social media or website without prior permission from the booking client. If you prefer your event to remain 100% private, simply notify us in advance.

All quote submissions and client records are stored securely using encrypted cloud databases hosted in compliant Australian data centers. Digital event galleries are hosted securely and retained for a minimum of 60 days after your event, allowing ample time for full high-resolution downloads.

We enforce strict access controls. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or guest photos to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

To deliver an exceptional experience, we integrate with trusted third-party providers bound by strict data handling obligations:

• Supabase: Encrypted cloud database and customer relationship management.
• Web3Forms: Secure transactional enquiry email notifications.
• Australian Financial Institutions: Secure electronic funds transfer (EFT) and invoicing platforms.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask for the deletion of specific event gallery photos.
